CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Relax & Renew Yoga - Tuesdays 6pm PT/8pm CT

This class is great for beginners or anyone who needs to get rid of pressure, stress or anxiety. Through a series of gentle stretching in various seated, standing and floor positions, we will concentrate on deep breathing to calm the mind and release muscle tension stored within the body. With proper alignment we become more balanced on and off the mat, while building muscle strength and increasing flexibility. We conclude with a full body rest and meditation period, leaving you with greater mobility, feeling peaceful, present, focused, relaxed and renewed.


HIIT Fit Flow

This is a mixed level flow (Vinyasa) class best suited for those that desire more of a workout as we will get you sweating and your heart pumping! This class will leave you feeling accomplished, energetic and strong! We will move in and out of various postures synching each movement with our breath. We will continuously be moving the body to build heat and strength using our own body weight to tone our muscles. This style includes a short HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session to define, tighten, lift and sculpt our muscles. HIIT gets the heart rate up higher than Yoga can, in specific ways to optimize cardio, or how you intake and process oxygen. HIIT also can raise your metabolism up to 15% and burn calories and fat for 48 straight hours! We will conclude with a cool down sequence, rest and short meditation.


Breathe & Flow Yoga - Thursdays 6pm PT/8pm CT

This is a mixed class of both static postures, (actively stretching our muscles) and a movement style (gentle flowing sequence) in connection with our breath. We will move in and out of poses at a slower pace to dynamically warm up the body and build muscle strength. This class concludes with a short relaxation and meditation period, leaving you feeling invigorated and enlivened.


Mindfulness Meditation (30 minutes)

Join us for our online group meditation class. You will be guided through a mindful breathwork and meditation session, so for 30 minutes, you will have a chance to just sit back, relax, breathe, feel that stress melt away as you calm your mind. It's truly amazing how good you feel even just after 5 minutes of mindfulness.
